Donna Morris

We are pleased to welcome our New President!

The Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Donna Morris as President of the organization. Donna brings almost 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and a distinguished record of implementing programs and strategies that build
organizational success. She is well known in the New Hampshire business community, having previously served as a successful New Hampshire Chamber President for over 16 years. Donna has also served in leadership roles with the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association, the U.S. Chamber Institute for
Organizational Management, the New England Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, and the New Hampshire Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. Additionally, Donna is a graduate of the U.S.
Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management.

2024 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Bank of New England

Kelley Beavers has worked at Bank of New England for 16 years.  Kelley started her banking career as a Teller in 2007 and ended her Retail role as the Bedford Branch Manager in 2016 when she transitioned to a Business Development Representative.  Kelley became the AVP Director of Business Development in 2021.  Kelley oversees the Business Development client portfolios and manages a team covering NH and MA markets.  The experience and knowledge she gained from holding numerous positions throughout her time with BNE has allowed Kelley to provide a high level of service to her clients.  Kelley truly enjoys helping others and is here to help you!
Kelley grew up in NH but recently purchased a new home in Dracut, MA where she resides with her husband, Colin. She enjoys being outdoors whenever she can and spending time with family and friends.

Secretary, The Upper Room

Brenda Guggisberg is the Executive Director of The Upper Room (TUR), Family Resource Center in Derry NH. Brenda has worked for TUR for 20 yeaa program coordinator facilitating programs for Teen parents, Parent Education, Food Pantry, Operations and GED/HISET. Working in residential services, institutions, and both public and private schools prior to landing finally at The Upper Room, Brenda has focused her career advocating for education, services and programs that support individuals and families. Brenda is involved in the work community through her role with FSNH Board and Membership, is a lead member for The South Central Public Health Network, and other committees and groups that work toward the well-being of children and families.

Treasurer, Enterprise Bank

Mr. Moynihan is a Senior Vice President and Senior Cash Management Advisor. He is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of cash management clients and developing new cash management relationships in Greater Lawrence and New Hampshire. John has over thirty-five years of experience in financial services, and has focused on business development and cash management throughout the Northeast. Mr. Moynihan joined Enterprise Bank in 2014. Prior to his position with the Bank, he held various positions at RBS Citizens, Andover Bank, Family Bank and BayBank.

Mr. Moynihan is a graduate of Bryant University and holds a MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. John is involved with many non-profits, including the Greater Salem Rotary Club, Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce, New Hampshire Public Radio and the Merrimack Valley Adventures Club. He is also a past Chair of the Hampstead Budget Committee and the past Vice Chair of the Hampstead School Board.

Nicole Schultz-Price

Devine, Millimet & Branch, PA

For many years, I have counseled a variety of clients, including hospitals, physicians, nurses, small and large businesses, and individuals, in matters of medical malpractice, professional liability, premises liability, probate, and a variety of other disputes, helping them understand the litigation process, potential resolutions, and risks so they can make decisions that best meet their goals.  I am also the former First Assistant (Deputy) County Attorney of the largest felony prosecution office in this State, the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office.

When I am not practicing law, you will typically find me at a baseball or softball diamond, dance competition, or other sporting event cheering on my children. My husband and I devote much time to developing and supporting youth sports in our greater community.

Chuck has an extensive background in the service industry (Since 1978) in both the Residential and Commercial realms. He is currently serving as a Business Development / Sales Manager for Servpro of Derry/Londonderry. Also serves the Greater Derry/Londonderry community in his roles as a GDL Chamber Board Member and Ambassador, a Board Member of The Upper Room and Family Promise of SNH, and a former Board Member of the Greater Londonderry YMCA and Derry Rail Trail Alliance.
 
Proud father of two great children and a grandson. Coached Little League Baseball, CYO Basketball, High School, and Junior Rec league bowling.

Stacy Neville

YMCA of Greater Londonderry

Stacy has a B.S. in Education K-8 and was a teacher for 4 years before going on to start her career with the Granite YMCA. She has worked at the Y since 2011 and worked in all program areas of the Y but mostly involved in Childcare and youth development work. She is the VP of Operations and oversees all of the childcare operations at the Granite Y which includes over 25 different childcare locations. She is active in advocacy at the State around child protection and youth development and sits on her local PTA, The NH Afterschool Network, as well as the state board for Family Medical leave.
Stacy was born and raised in Salem NH where she currently lives with her husband and kids. She loves to be outside and enjoying the beach.

Danielle Couturier

Toshiba

With over 8 years of sales experience in the technology industry, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role at Toshiba. My focus is to assist local clients in the Southern NH area by providing tailored technology solutions to meet their business needs.  Beyond my role at Toshiba, I serve on the board of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce. Throughout my involvement with the chamber and working for Toshiba, I’m dedicated to building relationships with my clients and fellow community members.  Outside my professional career, you can often find me traveling, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors with my golden retriever. 

Chair, SFC Engineering Partnership

George Fredette is the current Chairperson of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. 

George is a founding principal of SFC Engineering Partnership. He is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer with over 40 years of experience in civil engineering design and site development. George is known in the development community and many of the projects that he designed are within the region.

George enjoys being active in his community. He has held leadership roles in many committees and organizations including professional and fraternal societies, church  groups, recreational sports leagues, business associations and municipal committees.

George and his wife Kathe have been residents of Salem NH since 1984, where they raised four beautiful children and now enjoy time with their two granddaughters. They also take pleasure in learning about other areas- and have toured many parts of the United States, Italy, France, Russia, and  snowy Antarctica.

Michael Malaguti

Town of Londonderry

Londonderry Town Manager Michael Malaguti has
led one of the state’s largest and most economically vibrant towns since February 2022. He was a practicing attorney for more than a decade before becoming Town Manager, including time as a prosecutor and as legal counsel for Londonderry. He has overseen improvements to the town’s development process, obtained millions of dollars in infrastructure grants, and championed a tax incentive program designed to attract high-end development and cultivate a healthy tax base.


Malaguti is a graduate of Merrimack College and the University of New Hampshire School
of Law. He serves on the board of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce,
the Alexander Eastman Foundation, and the New Hampshire Municipal Association.

Vice Chair, Law Offices of Parnell, Michels & McKay

Cathy McKay has been an attorney in private practice for over 30 years, focusing her practice on
family law. She is a partner at Parnell, Michels & McKay, PLLC, with offices in Londonderry,
New Hampshire and North Woodstock, New Hampshire. She is a founding member of
Collaborative Divorce NH (CDNH) and sits on their Board of Directors. She is passionate about
giving divorcing and separating couples a better way to separate their lives than Court. She and
her firm have been active members of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber for many years.
She has been a Board Member of the Chamber since 2021 and is currently the Board Vice Chair.
Cathy lives in Londonderry with her husband Kevin and their dog Latte and has 2 adult children.

Anthony "Tony" F. Matrumalo

Nutfield Mediation, LLC

Tony is a 40-year resident of Derry, where he and his wife Susan raised their five children, and now enjoy time with their eight grandchildren. He is a 1982 graduate of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire and studied for a year at Boston University School of Law.  Following a successful 30-year career in business, which included 15 years as Director of US Operations for a multi-national company, Tony founded Nutfield Mediation, LLC in Derry/Londonderry in 2013, where he practices family, business and civil mediation.

Marieliz Moore is a Derry/Londonderry resident since 1986.  An experienced sales and marketing leader for over 10 years at Business Cents which focuses on accounting and payroll services for businesses and organizations.  She is passionate and driven about empowering clients and partners with services that help and support them and their business. A Pinkerton and SNHU alumni, she now resides in Londonderry with her children and black lab! When not engaged with the small business world of Southern NH, she loves to spend time with her children, family, and friends traveling and being outdoors.

Timothy Powers

Tim Powers serves as the Head of School at Pinkerton Academy, one of the nation’s largest independent high schools located in Derry, New Hampshire. With a deep commitment to education and community engagement, Tim brings invaluable leadership experience to the Greater Derry/Londonderry Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Having dedicated over two decades to the field of education, Tim’s passion lies in fostering collaborative environments that empower students and professionals alike. Under his guidance, Pinkerton Academy has flourished as a hub for academic excellence and innovation, preparing students for success in an ever-evolving world.

Tim’s appointment to the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors underscores his dedication to advancing the economic vitality and prosperity of the Greater Derry/Londonderry region. With a focus on cultivating strong partnerships and advocating for business growth, he is poised to contribute significantly to the chamber’s mission of fostering a vibrant and thriving community.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tim is an active member of various educational and community organizations, embodying a spirit of service and leadership. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Together they spend most of their time on the softball field coaching and watching her play. 

Beverly Donovan

Town of Derry Economic Development

Bev Donovan is Derry’s Economic Development Director and has just celebrated her 6-year anniversary with the town. She is proud to be working in a town that she spent her formative years in, having gone through the Derry school system until the age of 12 before relocating with her family to Massachusetts. She has been back in New Hampshire since 1996 and currently resides in Salem.
Before coming to work in Derry, Bev served as the President and CEO of the Gr. Haverhill Chamber of
Commerce after having previously served in the position of Director of Economic Development. Prior to that she worked in Commercial Real Estate for Colliers International. She currently enjoys volunteering as a Board Member on both the Gr. Derry/Londonderry Chamber and the Gr. Derry Arts Council boards, as well as serving as a Planning Board member in Salem. She is a member of the Derry Village Rotary
Club, a member of the Rockingham Economic Development Corporation CEDs Committee, as well as several other committees.
Bev received her Master of Science in Community Economic Development from SNHU and believes in
life-long learning. She loves a challenge and a calculated risk, and one of her favorite sayings is “jump,and the net will appear.”
