Donna brings almost 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and a distinguished record of implementing programs and strategies that build organizational success. She is well known in the New Hampshire business community, having previously served as a successful New Hampshire Chamber President for over 16 years. Donna has also served in leadership roles with the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association, the U.S. Chamber Institute for Organizational Management, the New England Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, and the New Hampshire Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. Additionally, Donna is a graduate of the U.S.
Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management.

Cathy McKay has been an attorney in private practice for over 30 years, focusing her practice on family law. She is a partner at Parnell, Michels & McKay, PLLC, with offices in Londonderry, New Hampshire and North Woodstock, New Hampshire. She is a founding member of Collaborative Divorce NH (CDNH) and sits on their Board of Directors. She is passionate about giving divorcing and separating couples a better way to separate their lives than Court. She and
her firm have been active members of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber for many years. She has been a Board Member of the Chamber since 2021 and is Board Chair in 2025. Cathy lives in Londonderry with her husband Kevin and their dog Latte and has 2 adult children.

Past Chair, SFC Engineering Partnership
George Fredette is the immediate past Chairperson of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
George is a founding principal of SFC Engineering Partnership. With over 40 years of experience in civil engineering design and site development, George retired in the summer of 2024 from the job he enjoyed, and the people that he enjoyed working with.
George remains active in his community with the Chamber, the Knights of Columbus, and his church, St. Matthew Parish in Windham.
George and his wife Kathe have been residents of Salem NH since 1984, where they raised four beautiful children and now enjoy time with their two granddaughters. They also take pleasure in learning about other areas- and have toured many parts of the United States, Italy, France, Russia, snowy Antarctica, and the humid regions along the Amazon River.
Kerrin A. Lucas

Parkland Medical Center
Kerrin A. Lucas is the Chief Financial Officer at Parkland Medical Center. Lucas comes to Parkland from our HCA New England Healthcare sister facility, Portsmouth Regional Hospital, where she served as associate chief financial officer since May 2022.
Prior to joining HCA Healthcare, Lucas served for four years as chief financial officer for the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). At DHHS, she was responsible for a budget of more than $2.8 billion; worked to ensure continuity of important services such as Medicaid, TANF, and SNAP during a federal government shutdown; helped secure millions of pieces of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the state and U.S. Veterans Administration at the onset of COVID-19; and was appointed by NH Gov. Chris Sununu to serve as interim health commissioner.
She also has worked for the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration.
Lucas earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine and completed a Master of Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College in August 2022.

David is an Associate Vice President with Clark Insurance, in Manchester, NH. As a lifelong resident of NH growing up in Derry, David enjoys the opportunity to connect with local businesses to support their insurance needs through a consultative approach with a focus on construction, manufacturing, and non-profits. With over 10 years of sales and marketing experience, he leads with a smile, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. David is a graduate of Keene State College and can be found outside of work enjoying a round of golf, spending time on a snowboard, and family time with his wife Shawna, an RN with DHMC. Nicole Schultz-Price

For many years, I have counseled a variety of clients, including hospitals, physicians, nurses, small and large businesses, and individuals, in matters of medical malpractice, professional liability, premises liability, probate, and a variety of other disputes, helping them understand the litigation process, potential resolutions, and risks so they can make decisions that best meet their goals. I am also the former First Assistant (Deputy) County Attorney of the largest felony prosecution office in this State, the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office.

In her role at Lupoli Companies, she drives strategy and oversees a growing team of marketers responsible for Sal’s Pizza, Sal’s Franchising, Sal’s Wholesale, Sal’s Mobile Food Trucks, 34 Park, BOSA Coastal Italian, BOSA Skies, Riverwalk Innovation District, Hampton Beach Casino, Mainsail Motel, Aces & Eights Casino, and all future ventures under the Lupoli Companies umbrella. Christie is an alumni of Emerson College in Boston, MA and lives in Salem, NH with her son Bobby and kitten Amber. Stacy Neville

YMCA of Greater Londonderry
Stacy has a B.S. in Education K-8 and was a teacher for 4 years before going on to start her career with the Granite YMCA. She has worked at the Y since 2011 and worked in all program areas of the Y but mostly involved in Childcare and youth development work. She is the VP of Operations and oversees all of the childcare operations at the Granite Y which includes over 25 different childcare locations. She is active in advocacy at the State around child protection and youth development and sits on her local PTA, The NH Afterschool Network, as well as the state board for Family Medical leave.
Stacy was born and raised in Salem NH where she currently lives with her husband and kids. She loves to be outside and enjoying the beach.

Heidi Morrison

Block 5 Technologies
Heidi Morrison is with Block 5 Technologies. In her role she handles contracts, budgets, billing, project coordination, purchases, reporting, cost tracking, inventory, collections, client proposals, and overall administrative organization. She is a former Vice President with the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber, Vice President of Public Relations Toastmasters Exeter Speak-Ups, the Chair of the chambers Ambassadors Committee, and Co-Chair of their Membership Committee, and a board member for her Homeowners Association (the nice kind).
She and her husband share 2 grown daughters, Devan and Nicole. As empty nesters, they have recently downsized from their home in Hampstead to a place in Derry where they live with their King Charles Cavelier, Murphy.
In her spare time, she enjoys travel, camping, cruising, public speaking, dining out, her trips to Ocracoke Island in the Outer Banks to be with family, and is a Scrabble fanatic.
Kellie Caron

Kellie Caron is the Assistant Town Manager and Director of Economic Development for the Town of Londonderry, where she has served for the last 2 years. She is proud to be working in a town she spent her formative years in and being a graduate of Londonderry High School. Kellie’s career in public administration and economic development spans over a decade, with previous roles at the state office of planning and development, regional planning commissions and several other towns in New Hampshire. Her work has consistently focused on promoting sustainable development and enhancing economic opportunities for the communities she serves. Passionate about community development and public service, Kellie is known for her strategic
vision, leadership, and commitment to effective planning. She received her Master of Public Administration from SNHU and believes in the power of collaboration and innovation to drive meaningful change. Outside of work she can be found enjoying the White Mountains of NH and spending time with family and friends.
Stacy Evans

Eastern Propane and Oil
Stacy has been the delivery manager for Eastern Propane and Oil since 2016 but has been in the heating industry since 2005. In her role at Eastern she ensures that her 20 team members follow procedures and guidelines that are established to ensure proper delivery of propane and oil for our residential and commercial customers. My focus is to ensure that all team members feel supported, are led by a direct hands-on approach, and feel that they have strong skills and teaching to make in the moment decisions. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, including my two cats, friends, boating on lake Winnisquam, playing softball and chasing the snow for snowmobiling.
Toni Runci

Toni Runci is the co-founder and owner of BlueLion, a Human Resource Outsourcing Firm located in New Hampshire, servicing all of New England. BlueLion has been recognized for its excellence in business services, being named 2024 Business of the Year by Business NH Magazine.
With over 15 years of extensive HR experience, she has worked across various industries, including retail, construction, healthcare, automotive, and more. Toni holds both a BS in Business and a Master’s in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). She is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), affirming her professional expertise. Beyond her professional endeavors, Toni is committed to charitable activities. Toni has participated in Make-A-Wish New Hampshire’s annual Rafting for Wishes since 2019, raising more than $120,000 for NH children. She is also associated with 100+ Women Who Care Southern NH, a group dedicated to making a positive impact in the community, and dedicates time to McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center. She also sits on the board of Human Resources Association of Greater Concord (HRAGC) which she has been a member of since 2014. Mr. Moynihan is a Senior Vice President and Senior Cash Management Advisor. He is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of cash management clients and developing new cash management relationships in Greater Lawrence and New Hampshire. John has over thirty-five years of experience in financial services, and has focused on business development and cash management throughout the Northeast. Mr. Moynihan joined Enterprise Bank in 2014. Prior to his position with the Bank, he held various positions at RBS Citizens, Andover Bank, Family Bank and BayBank.
Mr. Moynihan is a graduate of Bryant University and holds a MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Under his guidance, Pinkerton Academy has flourished as a hub for academic excellence and innovation, preparing students for success in an ever-evolving world.
Tim’s appointment to the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors underscores his dedication to advancing the economic vitality and prosperity of the Greater Derry/Londonderry region. Beverly Donovan

Town of Derry Economic Development
Bev Donovan is Derry’s Economic Development Director and has just celebrated her 6-year anniversary with the town. She is proud to be working in a town that she spent her formative years in, having gone through the Derry school system until the age of 12 before relocating with her family to Massachusetts. She has been back in New Hampshire since 1996 and currently resides in Salem.
Before coming to work in Derry, Bev served as the President and CEO of the Gr. Haverhill Chamber of Commerce after having previously served in the position of Director of Economic Development. Prior to that she worked in Commercial Real Estate for Colliers International. She currently enjoys volunteering as a Board Member on both the Gr. Derry/Londonderry Chamber and the Gr. Derry Arts Council boards, as well as serving as a Planning Board member in Salem. She is a member of the Derry Village Rotary Club, a member of the Rockingham Economic Development Corporation CEDs Committee, as well as several other committees.
Bev received her Master of Science in Community Economic Development from SNHU and believes in life-long learning. She loves a challenge and a calculated risk, and one of her favorite sayings is “jump, and the net will appear.”
Rob Aquilina

Next Charter School
Rob Aquilina teaches English at Next Charter School in Derry, NH, where he has been teaching for the past 11 years. Along with teaching, Rob takes part in various community activities within the school, including coordinating the Penguin Plunge team for the Special Olympics of NH, planning Next’s day of service, advising the Outing Club, serving as an academic advisor, and bringing educational projects into the Derry community. With over 20 years in education, Rob has also worked at Plymouth State University, Mount Prospect Academy, Lakes Region Community College, Manchester Community College, and the University of New Hampshire.
Outside of work, Rob has three primary motivations: food, dogs, and the outdoors. He enjoys hiking and biking all around NH, seeking out new restaurants to figure out their signature dish, and chasing squirrels and rabbits with his two dogs, Ruby and Simon. Rob lives in Manchester with his spouse, Ryan.

Brenda Guggisberg

T.J. Karanasios, PT, MBA has been in clinical practice since 1990. He graduated from the University of New England school of Physical Therapy. He immediately began practicing at the same time as commencing his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University.
Over the years he has specialized in the field of orthopedic sports medicine. He is an active member of the New Hampshire chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association. T.J.’s expertise is an innovative approach integrating strength training concepts and muscular balance for the rehabilitation of injured individuals.
T.J. is the Owner of Derry Sports and Rehab in Derry, New Hampshire, and is well known and respected within the community.

Kelley Beavers has worked at Bank of New England for 13 years. She started her career as a teller at the bank’s Salem, NH Branch before becoming a Customer Service Representative and then Assistant Manager. In 2015, Kelley became the Branch Manager of the Bedford, NH Branch before transitioning to her current role as a Business Development Representative back in Salem, NH and covering the Londonderry, NH area. The experience and knowledge she gained from being in the Retail Department has allowed Kelley to provide a high level of service to her clients. When meeting with individuals and business owners, Kelley listens to their needs and develops a banking relationship tailored to them. Kelley truly enjoys helping others and is here to help you!

Martin Couture

Lisa Bernard grew up in Massachusetts and spent the last 30 years in New Hampshire. She graduated from Lydon State College with a B.S. degree in Therapeutic Recreation and has been working in the nonprofit sector for most of her professional career, most recently as Executive Director of the YMCA of Greater Londonderry. Service is her passion with a cause driven organization.

Tom Burns is a lifelong resident of Salem, having grown up in the same home that he own today. He is married to Laurie, a fellow Salem lifer and elementary school teacher. Tom and Laurie have two young children and four dogs. When not working, much of Tom’s free time is focused on family-centric activities and household projects.
Tom is a 2000 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, with a BS in Civil Engineering, and licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine. Since 2014, he has been employed at TFMoran, Inc. in Bedford, where he serves as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Tom worked in Plaistow and Nashua for 14 years as a project engineer/manager. He is responsible for the design, permitting and management of a variety of projects, from residential subdivisions to large scale commercial, industrial and institutional developments.

George is a founding partner of SFC and has been with SFC since its incorporation in July of 1994. He received his BS in Civil Engineering for Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1978, and started his career at Halliburton Services working as a District Engineer from 1978-1983. George then joined forces with his brother as Fredette Associates. SFC was then formed from a merger of Fredette Associates and Cowan & Cricenti in 1994. George is the President of SFC Engineering Partnership, Inc.
George has raised four children, played collegiate basketball, participated in community groups, and enjoys carpentry and working around the house. He relishes kayaking with his wife, and relaxing with a glass of wine. He has lived in four states; traveled to ten countries; seen the sunrise on Cadillac Mountain and heat shimmers in Death Valley, but, what satisfies him the most is the opportunity to make people smile. Whether that is accomplished with random kindness, an attractive presentation of food, friendly humor, or extra effort, he finds that earning someone’s smile is life’s great reward.

From owner/operator of a Home Remodeling company, Ops Mgr of a Nationwide Dealer Network, Acct Mgr of a Commercial Landscape company, Acct Mgr / Sales Mgr for a Commercial Pest Control company, to a Sales/Marketing Rep for Servpro of Derry/Londonderry. A valued and trusted resource with a number of high level references from businesses such as Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Southern Baptist Convention, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Keurig, Boston Beer, Astella's Pharma, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Sumner Regional Medical Center, Lincoln Harris, CEVA Logistics and a host of others.

Jacob Wiesmann is the Chief Financial Officer of Parkland Medical Center, an 86-bed hospital in Derry, New Hampshire. Jacob has served the last 18 years in the financial operations of HCA owned hospitals and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Parkland Medical Center in 2012.
In addition to his responsibilities at Parkland, Jacob is the President of the board of Community Health Services, an organization with a goal of providing education and case management support for those struggling to navigate healthcare services. Additionally, Jacob serves on the board of directors for the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce and board of directors for The Upper Room, a family resource center dedicated to the education of young people and young families.
Prior to joining Parkland, Jacob served as Controller at Rose Medical Center, a 270-bed HCA facility in Denver, Colorado. While in this role, he led a performance improvement team, ensured strong communication with employed physician practices, and aided in the improvement of the patient experience. His career with HCA includes roles of increasing responsibility at four different HCA facilities: Presbyterian/St. Luke's, Chippenham Johnston-Willis, North Suburban and Rose Medical Center.
Jacob earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Business Administration from Regis University. He also holds a Certificate in International Business from IECS Strasbourg.

Cathy McKay is a partner in the law firm of Parnell, Michels & McKay, PLLC practicing family law including divorce, post-divorce, parenting disputes and support issues. She is active in mediation and Collaborative Divorce, an out of court settlement process providing divorcing couples with a team of professionals to help get through the divorce in a healthier and more supported way, preserving communication and developing co-parenting skills for the future. She has been practicing law with the firm for nearly 30 years. The firm blends an advocacy-oriented practice with practical solutions for our clients. In addition to family law, the firm’s practice areas include personal injury, worker’s compensation, bankruptcy, probate, real estate litigation, estate planning, and business formation.

David joined K2N Advisors & CPAs in 2011. He is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts and enjoys proactively assisting clients in strengthening their strategic, accounting, and compliance positions while minimizing tax since 1994.
