Chamber Staff
While the Chamber is supported by dedicated volunteers, it is not entirely volunteer run. We employ professional staff to help carry out the Chamber’s mission and ensure consistent, high-quality service to our members. Led by our President, who oversees daily operations, implements strategic initiatives, manages programs and events, supports member engagement, and serves as a key liaison between the business community, local leaders, and regional partners. This structure allows the Chamber to operate efficiently while continuing to grow its impact and better serve the needs of local businesses.
Heidi Morrison is a dynamic marketing, business development, and administrative leader with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses and communities grow. Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic vision, she has built strong relationships across the regional business community while consistently delivering meaningful results.
Before becoming President of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce, Heidi served as Vice President and later as a member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, giving her deep institutional knowledge and a genuine passion for the organization’s mission. During her tenure, she played a key role in the Chamber’s transformation, helping to more than double membership through expanded community engagement, innovative programming, and a significantly strengthened social media presence.
As President, Heidi remains deeply committed to advocacy, economic development, and creating meaningful connections among businesses of all sizes. Throughout her career, she has led the development of impactful membership programs, networking and community events, sponsorship initiatives, and cross-marketing opportunities that deliver real value to members. Her work has fostered strong partnerships among nonprofits, health and wellness organizations, and local businesses, strengthening both the Chamber and the eight communities it serves.

The Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce is guided by a dedicated team of staff and Board of Directors who work together to advance the Chamber’s mission and serve our membership.
Our Board of Directors is made up of respected business and community leaders who volunteer their time and expertise to support the Chamber and the regional business community. Elected by the membership, board members provide fiduciary oversight and strategic direction, ensuring the organization remains strong, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of its members.
Working in partnership with Chamber staff, the Board helps shape initiatives, programs, and advocacy efforts that strengthen our local economy and create meaningful value for our members and the communities we serve.

Tim Powers serves as the Head of School at Pinkerton Academy, one of the nation’s largest independent high schools located in Derry, New Hampshire. With a deep commitment to education and community engagement, Tim brings invaluable leadership experience to the Greater Derry/Londonderry Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Having dedicated over two decades to the field of education, Tim’s passion lies in fostering collaborative environments that empower students and professionals alike. Under his guidance, Pinkerton Academy has flourished as a hub for academic excellence and innovation, preparing students for success in an ever-evolving world.
Tim’s appointment to the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors underscores his dedication to advancing the economic vitality and prosperity of the Greater Derry/Londonderry region. With a focus on cultivating strong partnerships and advocating for business growth, he is poised to contribute significantly to the chamber’s mission of fostering a vibrant and thriving community.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Tim is an active member of various educational and community organizations, embodying a spirit of service and leadership. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Together they spend most of their time on the softball field coaching and watching her play.

Clark Insurance
David is an Associate Vice President with Clark Insurance, a Marsh McLennan Agency in Manchester, NH. David is a licensed property & casualty insurance producer, and enjoys the opportunity to connect with local businesses guide them through the exposures of running a business.
He leads with a consultative approach and a focus on a variety of industries like construction, manufacturing, and non-profits. With over 10 years of sales and marketing experience, he leads with a smile, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to the ever-changing world we live in.
Dave is a lifelong resident of NH, grew up in Derry, and graduated from Pinkerton Academy, and Keene State College. Outside of work, he can be found enjoying a round of golf, spending time on a snowboard, and family time with his wife Shawna, an RN with DHMC. Life is good in the 603!

Treasurer
Toni Runci is the co-founder and owner of BlueLion, a Human Resource Outsourcing Firm located in New Hampshire, servicing all of New England. BlueLion has been recognized for its excellence in business services, being named 2024 Business of the Year by Business NH Magazine.
With over 15 years of extensive HR experience, she has worked across various industries, including retail, construction, healthcare, automotive, and more. Toni holds both a BS in Business and a Master’s in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). She is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), affirming her professional expertise.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Toni is committed to charitable activities. Toni has participated in Make-A-Wish New Hampshire’s annual Rafting for Wishes since 2019, raising more than $120,000 for NH children. She is also associated with 100+ Women Who Care Southern NH, a group dedicated to making a positive impact in the community, and dedicates time to McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center. She also sits on the board of Human Resources Association of Greater Concord (HRAGC) which she has been a member of since 2014.
Toni resides in Deerfield, with her husband, and two children, as well as 6 additional extended family members, and multiple fish and chickens, enjoying chaos one day a time.

Brenda Davis has called Derry home for 21 years, bringing with her a deep-rooted sense of community shaped by her upbringing in northern Maine. With over 28 years of experience in the banking industry, Brenda has built a career centered on trust, relationships, and service. She is passionate about supporting local businesses and takes pride in partnering with them to foster growth and connection throughout the region.
Her commitment to giving back is reflected in her active involvement with community organizations. Brenda previously served on the board of the Derry Soccer Club as well as the Upper Room and is currently a proud member of 100 Women Who Care. She also serves as an Ambassador for the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce, where she continues to champion local initiatives and strengthen community ties.
Brenda believes in the power of relationships and the important of lending a hand where it’s needed. Derry has become a place she deeply loves and she remains dedicated to nurturing the vibrant, supportive spirit that makes it so special.
Immediate Past Chair
Cathy McKay has been an attorney in private practice for over 30 years, focusing her practice on family law. She is a partner at Parnell, Michels & McKay, PLLC, with offices in Londonderry, New Hampshire and North Woodstock, New Hampshire. She is a founding member of Collaborative Divorce NH (CDNH) and sits on their Board of Directors. She is passionate about giving divorcing and separating couples a better way to separate their lives than Court.
She and her firm have been active members of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber for many years. She has been a Board Member of the Chamber since 2021 and was Board Chair in 2025.
Cathy lives in Londonderry with her husband Kevin and their dog Latte and has 2 adult children.
Board Members
Rob Aquilina teaches English at Next Charter School in Derry, NH, where he has been teaching for the past 11 years. Along with teaching, Rob takes part in various community activities within the school, including coordinating the Penguin Plunge team for the Special Olympics of NH, planning Next’s day of service, advising the Outing Club, serving as an academic advisor, and bringing educational projects into the Derry community. With over 20 years in education, Rob has also worked at Plymouth State University, Mount Prospect Academy, Lakes Region Community College, Manchester Community College, and the University of New Hampshire.
Outside of work, Rob has three primary motivations: food, dogs, and the outdoors. He enjoys hiking and biking all around NH, seeking out new restaurants to figure out their signature dish, and chasing squirrels and rabbits with his two dogs, Ruby and Simon. Rob lives in Manchester with his spouse, Ryan.
Danielle Couturier brings over 10 years of experience in technology sales, specializing in office technology and workflow automation solutions. In her role at Toshiba, she supports businesses throughout Southern New Hampshire by delivering tailored solutions that streamline operations, improve document management, and enhance overall productivity.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of New Hampshire Manchester. Danielle is actively involved in the local business community, working closely with local organizations and business leaders to build strong relationships and support continued growth within the region.
Bev Donovan is Derry’s Economic Development Director and has just celebrated her 6-year anniversary with the town. She is proud to be working in a town that she spent her formative years in, having gone through the Derry school system until the age of 12 before relocating with her family to Massachusetts. She has been back in New Hampshire since 1996 and currently resides in Salem.
Before coming to work in Derry, Bev served as the President and CEO of the Gr. Haverhill Chamber of Commerce after having previously served in the position of Director of Economic Development. Prior to that she worked in Commercial Real Estate for Colliers International. She currently enjoys volunteering as a Board Member on both the Gr. Derry/Londonderry Chamber and the Gr. Derry Arts Council boards, as well as serving as a Planning Board member in Salem. She is a member of the Derry Village Rotary Club, a member of the Rockingham Economic Development Corporation CEDs Committee, as well as several other committees.
Bev received her Master of Science in Community Economic Development from SNHU and believes in life-long learning. She loves a challenge and a calculated risk, and one of her favorite sayings is “jump, and the net will appear.”
Stacy Evans is a committed and community‑focused Delivery Manager who brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a customer‑first mindset to her work in the Greater Derry–Londonderry region. Known for her ability to handle complex field operations with professionalism and clarity, Stacy prioritizes service quality, safety, and building collaborative relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Stacy’s dedication to accountability, communication, and process improvement aligns closely with the mission of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce, which is committed to promoting regional economic growth, advancing business‑friendly policies, and supporting its members through high‑value programs and resources. As an active member of the local business community, Stacy values the Chamber’s emphasis on meaningful networking, regional engagement, and creating opportunities that strengthen local businesses.
Based in Londonderry, NH, Stacy serves the community with integrity, responsiveness, and a drive to continually enhance customer experience. Her leadership style emphasizes respect, collaboration, and problem‑solving qualities that make her a strong representative of both her organization and the broader regional business community.
Sherry Farrell is the Town Clerk of Londonderry, where she has been honored to serve
the residents and businesses she loves since 2014. She is a graduate of Pinkerton
Academy, Keene State College and Harvard University. In 2020 she was selected as
WZID’s 20 Outstanding Woman and in 2020 – 21 served as the President of the New
Hampshire City and Town Clerk’s Association and serves on the state executive board.
Sherry loves to share all that is good and positive through her volunteer column in the
Derry News “On The Road With Sherry” and her local cable show “The Londonderry
View” which celebrates our local businesses new and existing, non-profit organizations
and good people who are making a difference.
Sherry is a member of the Londonderry Rotary Club and loves sharing the magic of
Christmas with all as Mrs. Claus. She presently serves as the Chairperson for the
Londonderry Senior Resource Committee. Sherry has a special place in her heart for
our seniors.
Her favorite thing to do is spending time with her family, their puppy Gigi, the NH
seacoast and going for runs here and there.
She believes Helen Keller said it best with her quote “Alone We Can Do So Little…
Together We Can Do So Much”.
George Fredette is the immediate past Chairperson of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is a founding principal of SFC Engineering Partnership. With over 40 years of experience in civil engineering design and site development, George retired in the summer of 2024 from the job he enjoyed, and the people that he enjoyed working with. He remains active in his community with the Chamber, the Knights of Columbus, and his church, St. Matthew Parish in Windham.
George and his wife Kathe have been residents of Salem NH since 1984, where they raised four beautiful children and now enjoy time with their three granddaughters. They also take pleasure in learning about other areas- and have toured many parts of the United States, Italy, France, Russia, Antarctica, Australia, New Zealand, and the humid regions along the Amazon River.
Mr. Moynihan is a Treasury Management Vice President at Rockland Trust. He is responsible for developing and overseeing a portfolio of Treasury Management clients in the North of Boston region for Rockland.
John has over forty years of experience in financial services and has focused on business development and Treasury Management throughout the Northeast. Mr. Moynihan joined Rockland as part of their acquisition of Enterprise Bank in 2025 and was employed with Enterprise since 2014. Prior to his position with the Bank, he held various positions at RBS Citizens, Andover Bank, Family Bank and BayBank.
Mr. Moynihan is a graduate of Bryant University and holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. John is involved with many non-profits, including the Greater Salem Rotary Club, Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce, New Hampshire Public Radio and the Merrimack Valley Adventures Club. He is also a past Chair of the Hampstead Budget Committee and the past Vice Chair of the Hampstead School Board.
For many years, Nicole has counseled a variety of clients, including hospitals, physicians, nurses, small and large businesses, and individuals, in matters of medical malpractice, professional liability, premises liability, probate, and a variety of other disputes, helping them understand the litigation process, potential resolutions, and risks so they can make decisions that best meet their goals. She is also the former First Assistant (Deputy) County Attorney of the largest felony prosecution office in this State, the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office.
When she is not practicing law, you will typically find Nicole at a baseball or softball diamond, dance competition, or other sporting event cheering on her children. Nicole and her husband and devote much of their time to developing and supporting youth sports in their greater community.
