New Hampshire Employment Security
New Hampshire Employment Security offers valuable support to help businesses recruit, train, and retain a strong workforce. Through services like training assistance, free job fairs, recruitment events, job search tools, and dedicated business service representatives, they make it easier and more cost-effective to find and keep the right employees.
Office of Workforce Opportunity
Within the Department of Business and Economic Affairs (BEA), the Office of Workforce Opportunity is dedicated to providing training resources to companies and job seekers, working to match qualified potential workers with the employers who need them.
The State of New Hampshire also offers diverse training programs and can work with its partners to develop customized programs to meet the specific needs of businesses.
NH Works
NH Works is New Hampshire’s statewide workforce development system, connecting employers and job seekers with the resources they need to succeed. It brings together state agencies, education, and community partners to provide hiring support, job search tools, training programs, and career guidance. With services available both online and at local NHWorks centers, it serves as a central hub for building and maintaining a strong workforce.
CCSNH WORKFORCE TRAINING
The Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH) Workforce Training uses its seven colleges throughout the state, to offers extensive expertise in developing and delivering workforce training programs that support both businesses and individuals. For employers, CCSNH serves as a strong partner—deeply connected within local communities and equipped to meet a wide range of workforce training needs through customized and industry-relevant programs. For job seekers, the colleges provide numerous opportunities to build and enhance skills, including programs like WorkReadyNH and ApprenticeshipNH, which offer hands-on training and career pathways aligned with today’s workforce demands.
